My wife and I debated at length about putting much-needed windows in our older home (which had the original storm windows). When we finally decided to pursue this, some of the quotes we received were very high. When we spoke with Robert and Vanessa, we were pleasantly surprised at the price of the windows, their expertise, and comfortable manor. The installers were polite, knowledgeable and kept everything very clean. We could not be happier with the finished product. Our house looks newer, outside noise is reduced, and we can actually clean our windows!

I want to tell you how impressed I am with your company’s professionalism. First, you had your Father come by and look at the siding that needed to be repaired. He told me what needed to be done, how he would do the repairs, I was concerned that he could match my wall paint. The paint is spot on. I asked him about the paint on my overhang, it looked all right, however I knew that it would need to be painted in a few years.

The price was within my budget and I am so glad that he was able to get the paint crew on it promptly. When The crew came out, on Saturday, they performed the work professionally and efficiently. They even repaired a shutter at no extra cost. And they cleaned up and took all the rotted siding away. You should get some calls from some of my neighbors.

We had 3 estimates done on replacing the siding on our 2-story chimney. It had been damaged by squirrels who had taken up residence (we had our exterminator come and clear out the nest and patch the holes, but the siding itself was damaged). Robert was the first one to respond, the first one to submit an estimate (it was submitted the day after the request was made...one of the other estimates didn't come in until almost a week later!), and provided us with an estimate that was significantly below the other two that came in. He was professional and understanding of our need for an accelerated timeline (the property standards "police" in our neighborhood are vigilant, and we didn't want a citation!), the crew was great, Robert's communication was top-notch, and we're VERY pleased with the experience from start to finish!

They removed 17 windows and replaced them with colonial 3 grid style double pane windows. They removed exterior siding, installed hardie board cedar mill planks to the walls and staggered edge shakes on the gables. The house was caulked, primed and painted. exterior lights were re hung and shutters were installed to the front windows. We had them install a new pre hung mission style front door. All of the old windows and siding were removed from the site.

We had 4 other estimates for this job. We drew out and discussed a design. Associated Home Exteriors provided us with a detailed bid. They were wonderful to work with. All expectations were met. We are very pleased with how the house turned out.
